Социальный конструкционизм: социальные проблемы как выдвижение требований (часть 2)

Аннотация
Во второй части обзора социального конструкционизма представлены новые направления, в которых развиваются эти исследования. Сначала рассматривается значимость киберпространства для конструирования социальных проблем, отмечается центральная роль, которую новые коммуникационные технологии могут играть для «бесправных» участников выдвижения требований на глобальном юге. Мы сосредоточиваемся на анализе выдвижения требований в тех регионах мира, в которых нет полной партиципаторной демократии, задаваясь вопросом о том, каким образом развитие глобальной периферии может способствовать эмпирическому и теоретическому развитию социального конструкционизма. В завершение обсуждается альтернативное, более повседневное понимание областей, в которых может осуществляться экспрессия, связанная с социальными проблемами.
